The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Plus, their restaurant served delicious meals that I looked forward to each day. The room was also very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the stay was enjoyable.

Terrible management and poor customer service. However, the management of the hotel was disappointing. They were unresponsive to our requests and seemed uninterested in making our stay enjoyable. We also had some issues with the billing and it took them ages to fix it. The staff lacked training and basic communication skills. It was frustrating and left a sour taste in our mouths. Sadly, we won't be staying here again.
